FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-2025. POPULAR 4 BEDROOM HOUSE: CLOSE TO UNI: LARGE LOUNGE/DINER. Our students tell us that the affordable rent we charge enables them to be in control of their own bills which helps them get the best deals available to students and manage their expenditure efficiently. This house is well insulated. Students tell us they like being so close to the university and supermarket. This is a modern and well-maintained house with gardens to front and rear. A patio area is accessed by patio doors. The house has a large lounge diner and separate good size kitchen. The house is ideal for students who wish to live with friends in their own house – those who like the independence of running their own home but also like being close enough to access all University facilities both academic and social. There are good transport links covering the short distance to both the University and local supermarket. There is off road parking. The lounge/dining area is large, light and airy- there is a modern kitchen. The four student bedrooms are well-appointed: 1 very large double bedroom with separate study area, Another very large double room. A third medium sized bedroom that has a double bed. One bedroom has a single bed. In addition to the bathroom (with bath and shower) there is a spacious downstairs shower room with basin and toilet. We are experienced landlords who live locally and aim to provide a reliable, prompt but unobtrusive service. We have excellent feedback from our tenants regarding the house and our management. Our preferred option is for students to rent the house as a group under an assured short hold tenancy agreement but we are happy to take enquiries from individuals who may wish to join others to form such group. We are members of the Residential Landlord's Association which keeps us informed as to current good practice for landlords.
The landlord/letting agent would like to let this property as a whole. Most commonly to be offered on a joint tenancy agreement though some landlords may be able to offer individual tenancy agreements. However the landlord is also happy to be contacted by individual students that are not yet part of a group.
