Louise was a great Landlady who was always really accommodating and easy to reach when needed to resolve any problems with the house. For example when having issues with the plug blocking in the shower this was quickly resolved then replaced with a new drainage system which fixed the issues instantly. When moving in, the condition of the house was great with the décor of the living room feeling really modern and homely with brand new velvet sofa. The kitchen fittings and appliances were cleaned up to a professional standard and we never had any problems with these whilst living in the house. The shed in the garden was always really helpful equipped with a dryer and more storage space for any spare boxes, suitcases etc. The bathroom was pristine with new fitted bath taps. Unlike a lot of other student houses the house came with a shower and separate bath which was really convenient and again made the house feel more homely. My bedroom was well equipped with lots of storage space including under bed storage. Also provided was a desk and chair important for a university student and lots of accessible plug sockets. The chest of draws and wardrobe gave ample room with added shelving fitted into the wall. Overall, I really enjoyed renting Louise’s property and would highly recommend it.

Beautifully decorated house only 10-15 minutes away from UCLan Campus. We were instantly feeling comfortable and at home. Everything is in excellent condition, especially the new renovated bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped (e.g. microwave, water boiler) and there is a washing machine and dryer without any additional costs. The living room is a perfect place to spent time with your roommates or relax after a long university day. Coming from Germany with 4 suitcases each we had no problems to store all our belongings in the rooms. We are very happy to have our lovely landlady Louise who is always at hand immediately if there are any issues. Problems were normally solved as soon as possible. It was very easy to reach her either via E-Mail or Message. She is a very warm-hearted person who made our time here even more pleasurable and enjoyable.

The house is well maintained and improved each year to make it more cozy. My friends and I chose to move in and didn’t regret it, the internet was great and there was always hot water, it also has both a bath and shower. There are three large rooms and one smaller and the price is de?ned by the size which I thought was good. The landlady is a very honest and kind person and any problems are ?xed as fast as possible. I would de?nitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Louise is a fantastic landlord who takes care of her tenants. She is a lovely, kind person, whilst remaining extremely professional. She, and her partner, always saw to our needs regarding the house, no matter what time it was, and ensured that we enjoyed our time living here. It’s very important to maintain a good relationship between landlord and tenant, and there was never an issue with Louise. I’ve really appreciated having her as my landlord so much that I questioned her about any other properties she may own, simply because I wanted to keep her as a landlord, and I am therefore delighted to remain a tenant next year.

My experience with the house property has been a wonderful experience. The house has well maintained with modern furnishings and a strong homely feel you don’t get from most other places. Louise has been a fantasc landlord who has always made me as a tenant feel like my concerns and problems are a priority to her and they have always been dealt with quickly even at very short noce. Louise is an incredibly friendly and professional landlord who genuinely cares for her tenants, and is always quick to respond to any queries regarding the accommodation. During my tenancy, Louise has been wonderfully helpful in ensuring that any problems we had with the accommodation (though few and far between) were addressed as soon as possible, no matter what time of day it was. The house itself is by far the best quality student accommodation I have seen in my 4 years at university, and it is evident that a lot of thought and care has gone into making it a homely and comfortable environment. I have stayed in this accommodation for 2 years and have only good things to say about my time here. The rooms are bright and spacious, the furniture and decor are very stylish and of a high standard, and the house is situated in an ideal quiet neighbourhood which is only a 10 minute walk from campus. Overall, I have greatly enjoyed my time at this accommodation, and Louise's kindness and hospitality towards her tenants have truly made this house feel like a home.

The house is wonderfully homely and you can tell that there has been thought and care put into this. Any queries or issues are responded to in a quick, professional manner and the landlord is one of the best I've had in my three years of university. The accommodation is one of the best quality I have seen. The furniture is great quality and the rooms are light, spacious and decorated to a high standard. The location is perfect - it is an end terrace house with quiet neighbours, close to shops and less than 10 minutes from university. It is close to local amenities whilst being just off the main road so it's nice and quiet. Whenever there have been problems the landlord has been incredibly helpful, understanding and accommodating. We are so happy to be living in this homely house and wholeheartedly recommend Louise and her properties!

Louise is a brilliant landlord with amazingly high quality accommodation, facilities and service. Anytime there has been even a tiny problem Louise has been on hand to get it sorted as soon as possible. The house I had the privilege of staying in for one of my university years, was very clean, modern and homely (a much higher standard than previously seen "student houses"). I would highly recommend Louise and her property for future tenants.
