I lived at this residence for two of my four years in Plymouth and it was by far the best accommodation. The house is large, clean and well equipped. The property is incredibly good value for money, and also offers a perfect location for students, being close to uni, shops and the gym. Parking was no problem at the front of the house with a parking permit. One of the nicer areas of Plymouth, with some lovely neighbours. Whenever we needed help with the property, it was very easy to contact the landlords and they would respond and act promptly. I also found them as extremely friendly and understanding landlords and would highly recommend using them.
