2 rooms remaining in a 6 bed student house, located on Allendale Road, around 5 minutes walk from the University - postcode pl4 6ja. There are two bathrooms - one has a walk in shower and the other has a bath with a shower. The large kitchen includes two fridge freezers, and there is a separate utility room. The lounge includes a smart tv. The property has a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Gas, electric, water, Virgin high speed internet and TV licence included. Resident parking permits are available from the council at £45 per year, allowing cars to park outside the house and anywhere in Zone J. The property is licensed with Plymouth Council and is fully compliant with safety regulations, which include fire doors and smoke detectors on each floor. It has central heating and double glazing. The boiler is relatively new, having been installed in 2020. All rooms have locks and every resident has their own mini safe with spare key inside. Therefore, if anyone misplaces their key they can easily access a spare one by using their individual code. There are no booking or agents fees. Personal belongings can be moved into the rooms from 1st August onwards or earlier if the rooms are vacated at an earlier date by the current residents. Rooms are £113 per week, apart from the slightly smaller room 5 (the room with the built in wardrobe) . All rooms have a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, drawers, bedside table, and shelving. The contract is for 11 months, until 31st July. The option to extend and rent the house during August is also available, if anyone would like to do so. The current residents are female and will be 3rd year students from Sept 2024. 4 of the students are staying on again and 2 shall be leaving to go away on placement, which has resulted in 2 rooms becoming available for September 2024.
