Location of the house was great, close to university and local shops/pubs. The house itself was lovely, felt homely and had lots of space for my 5 housemates and I. Kitchen space was great! Luke was always attentive and easy to contact, and fixed any issues promptly.

118 Magdalen Road was a great location for me as it was less than a 10 minute walk to St. Lukes campus and only 20 minutes into central Exeter. The area felt safe with easy access to big supermarkets within a walking distance. Great student location. Luke was very helpful and was always easy to get hold of. We had a couple issues with the hob but was fixed very fast!
