Good location for town and St Luke’s campus and had a great experience living in the house! If we ever had any problems it was easy to contact Luke and any problems were quickly resolved.

Location of the house was great, close to university and local shops/pubs. The house itself was lovely, felt homely and had lots of space for my 5 housemates and I. Kitchen space was great! Luke was always attentive and easy to contact, and fixed any issues promptly.

118 Magdalen Road was a great location for me as it was less than a 10 minute walk to St. Lukes campus and only 20 minutes into central Exeter. The area felt safe with easy access to big supermarkets within a walking distance. Great student location. Luke was very helpful and was always easy to get hold of. We had a couple issues with the hob but was fixed very fast!
