We have 5 rooms available in 3 adjacent student houses in Hughenden Road HP13 5PE for the 2025/26 academic year: two ensuites at number 226, a double at 228, and a double and a single at 230. The houses are just a 15 minute flat walk into town and the BNU campus
All rooms are fully furnished with a double bed (the single room has a single cabin bed), a wall mounted TV, fitted wardrobe, desk and chair, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and lamp.
The communal areas are all open plan with sofas and wide screen TV, whilst kitchen areas are fitted with plenty of cupboards and modern appliances - fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, induction hob. To ease congestion at busy times, sinks and many of the appliances are duplicated.
We provide all necessary equipment including, iron, ironing board, cleaning equipment, microwave, end even a kettle and toaster.
High speed (400Mbps) fibre optic broadband is wired to every room and wi-fi internet is accessible throughout the house.
Outside, off street car parking spaces can be booked and free to use lockable bike storage is available.
Rent includes all bills – gas, electricity, water, TV licence and internet (and free use of the washing machine) and is £155 pw for the single room, £165 pw for the 2 double rooms sharing facilities, and £185 pw for the 2 double ensuite rooms.
We don't use agents, so you can book a viewing directly with the landlord.
