We are a young, friendly team dedicated to providing great houses in great locations for the students of Sheffield. Dan, your main contact, has 10 years experience in providing shared accommodation.... All our properties have been substantially improved as we have acquired them, thus we are very proud of the houses we have to offer. Should you need any assistance during your stay with us, we have a team of friendly tradesmen on hand to promptly deal with problems. Many of whom conducted the initial refurbishment and know the properties intimately. We take the responsibilities that come with providing homes to around 100 people seriously, all our houses are registered with the local authority and all gas and electric installations are certificated and checked and the paperwork provided to our Tenants. Dan attended the 'Sheffield Landlords for Exellance' course during the summer months at Sheffield Hallam University and run in conjunction with Sheffield City Council.
