The location was amazing. Easy access to the shops, gym and the university. Getting to university was a breeze, only having to walk down one flat path to get there. It was really nice to live at the property. Fully furnished to all our needs. It was lovely to have a conservatory that let a lot of natural light in. Landlord was the most helpful landlord I have ever met. If there was ever a concern, one message and he would sort it. Easy to contact and get along with. Overall, I would strongly recommend this property to any student, as it was such a nice house to come back and unwind with friends after lectures and socials.

The house is about a 20 minute walk to the main Stag Hill campus and around a 30-40 minute walk to Manor Park campus and Tesco. It is also close to a Lidl, Coop and a number of takeaways! Phil, the landlord, was very helpful with any of the things we needed. If anything needed fixed or if we had any questions Phil was very quick to sort it out. The Whatsapp group with him was very useful as it meant we all had an easy route to contact him. The house was perfect for the 2 years we lived there, we were all sad to have to leave it!

The location was great for the University of Surrey, walking distance to the university with parking and nice shops and pubs nearby. Living at the property was brilliant- I was there for 2 years and I wouldn’t have moved at all! The landlord Phil is such a sweetheart and honestly the nicest landlord I’ve ever had. He’s super quick when responding to WhatsApp and sorted every issue for us really fast.

My experience of living in this house was an extremely positive one. The location was a walking distance to the university campus, as well as several different supermarkets including Tesco and Lidl. Town is approximately a 35 minute walk, although there are easy bus routes to get there. There was also a gym a short walk away. Living in the property itself was very easy and a pleasant experience. with Phil always fixing any problems we had very quickly for no charge. Although my room was small compared to the others, this was reflected by the cheaper rent I paid, and there was still enough storage space to fit all my belongings. The kitchen was spacious enough for more than one person to cook at a time, and the living room served as an effective communal environment to eat and socialise. The bathroom was also kept clean and had a shower with excellent water pressure. Phil was always very easy to communicate (not always the case with some landlords) and would reply to any messages or queries within the day, fixing any problem either himself or through an external source often within the same week.

I lived at 38 Northway for my last year of University at Surrey. It was a good distance from the uni as the walk would be around 15 minutes. If you have a car there is plenty of space for 2 cars in the driveway and usually plenty of spaces on the road aswell. The property itself has everything you need and is a great space for students. The landlord Phil is the best part as no matter the problem he will be there to help and will solve any problems you have as soon as he can.

The location is great! It's in a very quiet neighbourhood with local pharmacies and shops nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk to the university and the sports park/Tesco. Living in the property is great. Its a really nice sized house with a large garden and space for parking 3 cars. The landlord was very helpful in showing us around and replies very quickly to all communications sent on Whatsapp. He even came to the house on the hottest day of the year to build a new bed! There is more than enough storage in the Kitchen for the four of us and even the smallest room is adequately sized with a desk. There is also 2 fridges so plenty of food space storage and a dishwasher!

Northway is a wonderful area, its a quick walk to uni, there's a coop and several nice take-aways just around the corner. The property is really lovely, it has everything you could need as a student and more! The landlord is also very helpful; he is quick to respond to us if we have any queries and made sure the house was cleaned thoroughly before we moved in!

I am living in 38 Northway in Guildford. The house is in an extremely good location in Guildford with easy access by foot or transport to the university, the sports park/gym facilities, and to town. I always feel safe living in this part of Guildford and have no concerns when walking to or from the house, particularly late at night. The house itself is of good quality with good sized bedrooms, kitchen and a conservatory which can be used as a social or study space. There is also a very spacious garden with a shed which is helpful should we need any extra storage space. The house is in good condition and we have hardly encountered any issues which needed repairing in the 4 months I have been living there. It has all the facilities you need and makes for a very easy living experience. However, when there are any small issues that need fixing, the landlord is extremely helpful and very promptly (usually within a week) is able to come round and resolve the problem free of charge. He is an extremely and welcoming landlord who has the student's interests at heart and I would definitely rent from one of his properties again in the future.

38 Northway is a perfect house for any Surrey University Student. To begin with the location is perfect as it is within walking distance to campus, the sports park, coop and a couple takeaway options. The location is particularly good if you have a car as it is a very quick and easy drive too all those locations and all three major food shops around. The house also has a lovely drive that can fit three cars if necessary. The property itself has plenty of room. The kitchen itself has plenty of space so all students can cook at the same time without getting in the way of each other, the bedrooms have plenty of space for working alongside space for all your clothes. The best part of the property is the landlord however, as not only has Phil been extremely accommodating and made the move in very smooth and easy but he is also always happy to help and will be round within an instance if there are any problems.
