Parking is available outside with a permit and there is a private patio at the back of the property complete with a picnic bench. This property is just a brisk 5-minute walk to SHU City Campus and the City Centre.

This property does not require a joint tenancy agreement. This means that the rooms in this property can be let by individual students.
