Location was extremely close to the Uni and very accessible to town. The property itself was the nicest property I had whilst at Uni. In regards to the Landlord, Phil is one of the nicest men I have ever met in my life. I have had Phil as my landlord for two years, between 2019-2021. Whenever there was an issue in the property, it would be resolved within the next day or two without fail. He regularly updates the property. Once, when our washing machine broke in the property, Phil replaced it the next day. Any issues were resolved instantly, whether large or small. He was always accessible and always offered help to us during Covid-19, which was above and beyond what you can ever expect from a Landlord. The price of the property was extremely affordable. Phil made living in Guildford as easy as possible. I won't only recommend Phil, but I will be keeping in touch with him for years moving forward due to how much of a nice man he is.

Phil was a great landlord to have over the past year. He always was there to support us however we needed with the house and to fix anything which went wrong in the house. The house itself is in a prime location, close to both Tesco and the hospital, while transport links to town via bus are good aswell. Overall, living in the house over the past year has been a pleasure with Phil as our landlord.

It has been a pleasure living at 89 Park Barn Drive so far this year. The location is good, being close to Tesco and close to university, alongside having a bus stop outside to get to town. The property itself is well kept, and if any issues arise Phil has always been happy to come and sort these as soon as possible.
