Close to local supermarket and other shops lordshill area, a few mins walk & to a large bus route. 
The city centre is about 3 miles & mile half from Shirley. 
House is close to the Hospital can be walked in about 15mins.
2.5 miles approx, to the University, which can be easily assessed by bus route. 
Also on a bus route to Romsey & Winchester

Im also only a few minuets from the M27. 

All bills are included in the monthly rent. 
A deposit of £250+ 1 months rent required on moving in.. 

Deposit is refundable at end of stay, in line with letting Agreement condition & rules Will always require 1 months notice

Would prefer long term but can be short term .

Visits for viewing are welcome can be any time to fit in with my shift work..
