    The house is located in both a nice quiet area and a place that allows very straightforward access to both St John's and the City Centre - making it a good place for someone who needs to make the walk to both regularly Rholly is very helpful too, had run into some boiler issues during my stay in the house and he made sure the boiler was fixed as soon as physically possible (even with the circumstances of the ongoing pandemic and the like)

    4 Henwick Avenue is in a great location to get to St John’s Campus easily, only a 10 minute walk. As well as near the lanes to use as a shortcut to town and Aldi. The house was very warm and Rolly was quick to help us sort any maintenance issues.

    Lovely house, located on a friendly street! Within walking distance to campuses and shops. The house is in good condition and the landlord is quick to respond to any issues ! Off-road parking which has been useful. Really enjoyed living here.

    Great location, very close to St John's campus and food shops, easy access to town and City Campus also. Very friendly street! It is a very cosy house that felt like home straight away. Our landlord has been very helpful and attended to any issues we made him aware of aswell as answering queries promptly.
