This is a Victorian terrace house fully equipped for 5 students with individual rooms. It has been successfully run as a student house for more than 15 years. It is convenient for the station and a ten minute walk from the town. There is parking available on the road outside (dependent on spaces being available). Although all rooms are doubles they for single occupation only.

This property does not require a joint tenancy agreement. This means that the rooms in this property can be let by individual students.
