Our biggest rooms in the building come with double bed, fully fitted private kitchenette, private bathroom, a study desk, armchair and lots of storage options. You also get use of the building’s cinema, gym, PlayStation rooms, garden and laundry, giving your own space and the social areas too. Marsden House offers modern student accommodation with good social facilities in Leeds city centre, close to the city's universities.

The landlord/letting agent would like to let this property as a whole. Most commonly to be offered on a joint tenancy agreement though some landlords may be able to offer individual tenancy agreements. However the landlord is also happy to be contacted by individual students that are not yet part of a group.
