Our Gold En Suite rooms are found on all floors as part of our shared flats. You can enjoy access to all onsite facilities. Putting you close to all the amenities of Hoxton and Shoreditch, these rooms feature large windows, a small double bed, study area, an en suite shower and USB charging points. Each shares a kitchen area with the other rooms, which is well equipped with appliances, TV and seating. You will also have the use of a courtyard, laundry facilities and free WiFi. Located in Zone 1, near London’s vibrant Hoxton and Shoreditch districts, the building offers excellent value with a range of en suite rooms. With fresh décor, a small double bed with underbed storage, plus a study area and USB charging points, you will have a smart place of your own, as well as the use of a well-equipped shared kitchen and living area. Our onsite team are also on hand to help you settle in. You’ll have plenty of entertainment on your doorstep, with East London icons like Boxpark and Brick Lane waiting to be discovered, and pretty Shoreditch Park just down the road. Bus and train links are within a few minutes’ walk, and several of London’s universities and colleges can be reached on foot – City, University of London, London College of Fashion and the University of Liverpool in London are among those within 20 minutes.

The landlord/letting agent would like to let this property as a whole. Most commonly to be offered on a joint tenancy agreement though some landlords may be able to offer individual tenancy agreements.
