Connaught Road is one of the closest residential roads to the Universities and is just a mile from the Student Unions and central campuses. This house has five large double bedrooms, each with a large wardrobes, tonnes of drawers, a desk and chair. All of the bedrooms also have 32″ Smart 4K LCD TVs on the wall, accompanied by a set of surround sound, Bluetooth speaker systems which can either be linked to the TV or used to stream music directly from your phone or laptop. The property also has a large newly fitted kitchen with tonnes of appliances, including a huge American-style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The kitchen also had a duel set of cooking facilities, with two sets of hobs and two ovens. Now, whilst that may not sound like much upon first glance, it means you can cook food when you want it, rather than waiting for someone else to finish up first. The kitchen also boasts a dining area with five seats and another 32″ Smart 4K LCD TVs on the wall so you can watch TV whilst you cook. The house also has a comfy lounge with a massive corner group sofa that all the tenants will be able to fit on. There is also a 50” Smart 4K LED TV in the lounge for you to enjoy. The lounge also has a door which leads down to a fully stocked Gym. The Gym features top quality equipment including a rowing machine, a professional spin bike, a weights bench with complete set of dumbbells and bars, as well as a yoga area. A really cool feature of this property is the bathroom. It is beautifully tiled from floor to ceiling and has an amazing jacuzzi bath and electric shower. There is also make-up station with professional standard mirrors and lighting. There isn’t just one bathroom though, we added a beautiful shower room to the property too, which has floor to ceiling tiles, a large electric shower unit and set of toilet facilities. There is also a waterproof set of Bluetooth surround sound speakers in both the bathroom and shower room too.

The landlord/letting agent would like to let this property as a whole. Most commonly to be offered on a joint tenancy agreement though some landlords may be able to offer individual tenancy agreements. If the property is for a single dweller an individual tenancy applies.
