Our top-floor Platinum Mini Studio rooms are the biggest in Student Quarter with 20 sq m living space. You’ll have a large study area, sofa, TV/monitor, and lots of floor space, plus a microwave and fridge. With big windows giving lots of natural light, our biggest rooms have a great open feel, and feature hardwood floors, a private bathroom and study area. You’ll share a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen with 3 flatmates, featuring a TV, seating and dining area, and have use of the building’s gym, courtyard and barbecue area.

The landlord/letting agent would like to let this property as a whole. Most commonly to be offered on a joint tenancy agreement though some landlords may be able to offer individual tenancy agreements. However the landlord is also happy to be contacted by individual students that are not yet part of a group.
