Enjoying the use of a larger kitchen, dining and living space, the Gold Room also provides a small double bed, storage and study area. Rooms are available within our three, four, five, six, seven or eight bedroom shared flats, depending on the length of your contract. Your room comes with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living space with a dining table and chairs and comfy sofas. You also get use of the building’s social spaces, including the lounge, games room and study area.

The landlord/letting agent would like to let this property as a whole. Most commonly to be offered on a joint tenancy agreement though some landlords may be able to offer individual tenancy agreements. However the landlord is also happy to be contacted by individual students that are not yet part of a group.
