Overview

Located on the ground floor, our Bronze Studios have a kitchenette and breakfast bar, en suite shower room and separated bedroom space. The Bronze Studio has 17 sq m of living space, and includes a small double bed, private kitchenette and bathroom, study area and lots of storage. A divider separates the bedroom and kitchenette and adds a breakfast bar into the design. There’s more than just rooms at iQ Hoxton. You can work out in our upgraded gym, watch movies in our cinema, and get on with your work in our flexible study space. And when that’s done, social spaces including a courtyard and roof terrace offer a variety of places to relax.

This property does not require a joint tenancy agreement. This means that the rooms in this property can be let by individual students.
