    Location was perfect - off the main road so wasn’t noisy, 10 min walk to St Luke’s Campus & city centre, 5 min walk to the quay & 2 minutes to the nearest park/green space. We felt safe and also never encountered any issues with any neighbours. Our house had two cars with permits & we never struggled for spaces to park. The property felt like a home, not just a house. It was comfortable and cosy, and the open kitchen into dining/lounge space allowed for effortless socialising. So if you’re wanting that home away from home, I would definitely recommend this house. The garden is great for anyone looking to sit in the sun on a summers evening, but also good for those who don’t like the sun as it offers both sun & shade going into the summer months. The appliances are all of good quality & work efficiently, the water pressure is good and we never had an issue with lack of or delayed hot water. Both landlords were great! Always organised, always easy to communicate with and very quick to respond.

    I really enjoyed my time living at this property. The house was very close to central Exeter whilst still being on a quiet road. It was around 10 mins walk to St Luke's campus and within walking distance to the hospital for placements also. Luke and Bethan were very helpful, every time we had a problem they would reply quickly and get us help within good time. They always let us know in good time if there was going to be inspections or work people over and allowed us flexibility with this. I would definitely recommend them both as landlords!

    Location was perfect for St Luke’s campus and close to town, a 10 minute walk to both. Property was well maintained and a comfortable size for 3 tenant’s. There were never any issues with neighbours or surrounding area. Both landlords were very helpful, respectful and quick to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this property to other students.
