22 Homefield Road majors in communal space – this is a great house for relaxing in with friends. There’s a large kitchen dining room as well as a big separate living room. Our garden is fantastic and even has off-road parking at the back! It’s handy for the shops too, with Co-Op one minute’s walk away and Waitrose only 7 minutes. Wow! If you’re at the hospital or St Lukes you’re literally a few minutes’ from home if you choose this house. If you study at the main Streatham campus you might want a bike or the bus if you don’t fancy the 25 minute walk. This is a Gingerbread house so you know you’ll have no hassle with setting up broadband or anything either, it’s all there waiting for you to join the network. There are no bills to pay in this house… the rent includes the water, 350MB broadband, TV licence and a generous gas and electricity allowance. We thought about including breakfast in bed, but no-one wants to be woken first thing in the morning by Ralph with a tray. Letting process: 1. Look at the advert including location, photos, rent, dates and description. 2. View a virtual tour. We can send you the link, and they are all available on the Gingerbread Homes website. We'll send you various relevant documents at this stage, too. 3. View in person. Or don't, it's up to you. 4. When you have decided that this is the house for you, pay one week's rent as a holding deposit (that is deducted from the year's rent). The house is then reserved for your group. 5. Arrange signing of the tenancy agreement and guarantor agreements within 2 weeks
