Beautiful presented first floor apartment available next to the Waterside Campus, a 4 minute walk away. The house has recently been painted throughout, new oven, washer/dryer and fridge freezer. There is a shared apartment there will be 2 tenants living here. Each bedroom has a double bed, a triple wardrobe, desk ad bedside table with lamp. There is a large spacious and light L shape lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom with bath and an overhead shower, which both tenants can use. Marcus and Vicki are friendly :-) and helpful live out landlords who manage the property themselves. Marcus has been part of the national residential landlords association for the last 15 years. We have a Whatsapp group for the apartment to post any messages to the household and landlords. The apartments communal areas will be cleaned weekly as part of the tenancy agreement.
