Bryce properties have been successfully letting quality accommodation to both the student and professional sector since 1998. All the properties we deal with are owned and managed by ourselves; we do not use agents or manage any other properties. We do not take deposits for our student tenancies. With that in mind, all we ask for in return is for you to treat the property you live in with respect and of course, pay your rent! We now take a £100 holding fee to secure the property. This Holding Fee is then deducted from the total rent payable and removed from the final terms scheduled payment. You will find that our student accommodation is all in very close proximity to Plymouth University and the Art School. Some properties come with off-road parking and all have bicycle storage facilities. Our accommodation is popular with Plymouth University, University of Marjon and The Art School.
