Located on Napier Terrace this house is a short walk to main University Campus, and not far from Plymouth Business School and Plymouth College of Art. It is also very close to the main bus route to the Marjon campus, the hospital or the Peninsula and is very conveniently located if you wish to enjoy to social area and shopping on offer at Mutley Plain.
About the people living here - 4x female student's 2nd and 3rd years studying - Clinical Physiology/ Civil engineering/ optometry/ architecture, love going to the beech and walks on the hoe, anything outside really. Like to go out on the occasionally weekend to have a few drinks. Like to keep the house clean and tidy with a rota. Ideally would like to have a female join them.
