Rent is £140 pw per person. This property is for a group of 6 people.

Rent payments are collected 3 times throughout the 12  month tenancy;
September, January and April

If a guarantor/parent is paying we will allow monthly payments.

We always wait for student loans to come in , so please don’t worry, what ever day the loans come in is the day we expect you to pay us.

All bills are included...( TV Licence, gas, electric, water rates and broadband)

Kitchen has 2 fridge freezers, built in cooker, gas hob, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, bath , hand basin and WC 

All  6 rooms are large enough to accommodate a double bed, wardrobe, study desk, shelving unit and a set of drawers. 
 
If you are an overseas student we will require the full year rent to be paid in advance. 

If you are a UK student we will require a parental guarantor who is resident in the UK.

We do not charge a letting fee and there are no hidden charges, just call us up and arrange a viewing.

It is a twenty minute walk to the main University campus. Bus stops are close by and there is easy access into Manchester City Center.

 There are local shops near by and Salford precinct is less than a mile away  for a big weekly shop. Its a short taxi ride back with your shopping. 

This landlord is registered with Salford County Council and the property is fully licenced. This landlord has a total of 50 Student rooms to let every year and you can be confident that you will be in safe, experienced hands.
