I have rooms to let in a shared house on Basford Park Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme.

There are 6 letting rooms in the house, 2 rooms are currently let to  female tenants, all students. The house is nice and airy, and is well kept. There is a shared living room and kitchen and two bathrooms. There is a large garden and some off street parking.

All bills and internet included. It will be a 10 month tenancy with and option to hold the room over the summer at half rent.

Great location in town with easy access to Keele Uni - there is a bus route on the street.
