Letting process:
1. View in person. Or don't, it's up to you.
2. When you have decided that this is the house for you, pay one week's rent as a holding deposit (that is deducted from the year's rent). The house is then reserved for your group.
3. Complete a tenant detail form which will be sent to you along with some other documents relating to the house.
5. Arrange signing of the tenancy agreement and guarantor agreements within 2 weeks
