    May Terrace is a really great location, it’s only a short 10 minute walk to the university - and it’s not too far from the city centre or the Barbican! The house is great to live in, there’s lots of storage in all the rooms and generous living spaces. Martin is very approachable - any issues or questions with the house are sorted almost immediately! 20 May Terrace is an all round great place to live

    The location is lovely, 10 minute walk from university. Quite street. The property is nice fits 7 people comfortably. With a lovely living room and updated kitchen. The landlord was very helpful with sorting everything out (contracts and any questions)

During the year, Martin has been a great landlord. He has been flexible with contract lengths, moving in and moving out - Ideal for students. He has also been easy to contact at any point when we have needed him with queries or problems which he has quickly resolved. Overall I would definitely recommend Martin as a great landlord.

Martin always ensured that we had everything that we needed and had a handyman always available. Martin was always very easy to get hold of and quick to solve any problem. I would highly recommend Martin as a landlord, we all felt safe in his property and trusted that he had his tenants best interests at heart.

    Martin was a fantastic landlord during my 10 month stay at 20 May Terrace. He was very warm when he first showed us round the property and remained friendly during my entire stay there. If we had any concerns during the stay (one example being the boiler breaking down) he made sure someone came out to fix it as soon as they could. He was very understanding when I went through some financial troubles with rent at times. He also let me change my contract to a shorter stay to save me some money, which i'm really thankful for as he didn't have to do this for me. Martin was a great landlord and I can only sing his praises.

    I found Martin to be a great landlord. He was friendly, helpful, down to earth, accessible to talk to when we had problems and got the balance right. Any problems with the house would be sorted as quickly as possible, he was very responsive to emails and texts and the maintenance Man lived next door so was able to come very quickly if needed which was a nice safety net. It was very easy to be a tenant in this house, and I would highly recommend staying in one of Martin's properties if you are a student.
