Overview
Great house - don’t miss the opportunity to see it.
WALKING DISTANCE FROM UNI - DELIGHTFUL COTTAGE IN THE TOWN. THIS REALLY GREAT HOUSE HAS A PRIVATE LANDLADY - NO AGENT INVOLVED. It's a country cottage in the city. See it to love it - all newly decorated and very fresh.
Five bedroom house. 'A' grade rating with university. Fantastic location. This 2 storey late Victorian character house is 5 mins walk from the Uni and even less to shops. Mutley Plain and nightlife are 5 minutes away. Station and city centre 10 minutes walk. Situated at the top of North Hill, Clifton Place is like a seaside cottage without the sea! Nice walled garden with beautiful slate bbq area off kitchen, big wooden table and benches. Whole house light and well decorated. No wood chip paper in sight! Lovely kitchen, communal table, comfortable sitting room with nice furniture and large flat screen TV.
All five double bedrooms are really well planned with lots of built in storage and purpose built work stations. Two bathrooms, one with bath. A well looked after house with a quick response landlady. Handyman available so no hanging around for jobs to be done. Non smokers only and sorry no pets - with the exception of buffaloes.
Available from aug 25. Water, gas, electricity, cable internet and TV licence are all included in the price (fair usage policy applies). Well insulated property.
Students often stay for a further year as they like it so much! References from them can be obtained. DATES MAY BE FLEXIBLE.
