I have lived here for the past three years and it has been absolutely amazing !! Nigel himself has not only been an amazing and understanding landlord, he has always been willing to go the extra mile when we need help with anything. He is very easy to chat too and always smiling & laughing when he comes round. The location is in a prime area being close to Allerton side of Smithdown and being close to all the bars and student area of Smithdown. Everywhere is in walking distance with lots of shops such as penny lane Asda and home bargains, and Tesco extra being 5 min walk. Being a bunch of girls living away from home we have always felt safe in the street and are surrounded with lovely neighbours. Liverpool hope university is only 15/20 min walk and 10 min bus. Liverpool John moores and uni of Liverpool 15 min bus so very accessible to all universities and town! For being a student house, it is very easy to make homely when you are feeling homesick!

The house is a great location for students  with bus stops just at the top of the street both going into town and in the direction of hope university. Also plenty of bars in walking distance :) 
Nigel has been our landlord for 3 years and has never had a problem coming out when we needed him, always willing to help us with anything around the house. Very friendly and easy going. Always let us knew if he was coming close to the area and if we needed anything whilst he was here.
