This is a bright and fully furnished house for a group of students with 4 spacious double bedrooms and bills included. Huge Tesco and train stations are nearby.

There are no fees to pay 
 
The bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe, chest, desk & office chair and carpeted flooring. 

There is double glazing throughout. 

Central heating & hot water are provided by a gas boiler. 

There is a shower room with WC. 

In the kitchen we have provided a fridge freezer, washer and drier, electric cooker & hob and a microwave.  

This shared house is for non-smoking student tenants only and for one person per room. 

The rent will include charges for electric, gas, water and WiFi internet. 

There is a pleasant south facing garden and patio. 

It is a good location for students from Greenwich Uni, also good for Ravensbourne & UEL and central London colleges.  Currently occupied by students from City Uni & Kings.

The house is near Woolwich in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. 

The house is close to shops and good bus routes (51,53,244,161) and 10mins walk from Woolwich Arsenal DLR & mainline train station which will soon include the fast Crossrail service. 

Overground trains from Woolwich Arsenal take 12mins to Greenwich or 20mins to London Bridge. 

The Docklands Light Railway (DLR) station at Woolwich connects to north of the river, Canary Wharf area and the London underground network. Approx 20mins to O2 arena & N Greenwich Jubilee line. 
 

This house is compliant with The Royal Borough of Greenwich regulations as a licenced House in Multplie Occupation. 

This means all safety certificates and property conditions are correct.

Good location, good transport links to Stratford and central London, especially with new Elizabeth Line. Lots of buses for more local transport.
Nice house to live in, good garden. Landlord responds quickly to any issues you may have and is helpful.

The property impressed me from the start. David Davis' handling of situations that arose such as a broken light or other household issues was immediate, and second to none. We found the house quite last minute last year but we am so glad that we did. So much so that we decided that for our final year at university we were definitely going to stay with David for another year (if it was possible).

Very nice landlord who will think along with you and your situation. 

Lived at this property for my 2nd and 3rd year of university as an international student and David is very understanding and helpful. The property is close to great bus, train and DLR connections into central and other local areas. There is also a large Tesco open till late and a shopping street with everything else you might need, all in walking distance.

David has been a fantastic landlord, always friendly, approachable and helpful. He responded quickly to any issues that may of arose in a timely manner. He made sure to message ahead of any visits and was very accomodating. For a student living away from home for the first time, he and his way of working made this situation far less daunting. Would HIGHLY recommend David and any of his houses.

David was always very prompt with taking on any problems that cropped up throughout our tennancy. Had a great year due to him.

House in goo condition. Big rooms and clean. Landlord was amazing, he didn't bother us while I was staying there but if u need him for help about the house is always There to help. House is in a quite area and in good transport link.

David was very attentive to our concerns as university student housemates and popped round the house very rarely but from time to time with our permission to make sure the house was in working order and that we were happy as first time renters. He made sure that we understood the paper work and is very honest, easy to contact and approachable. This made my experience a pleasant one. Really do hope there are more landlords out there like David.
