Terms.
The promotion will run from the 1st of November 2023 through to the 10th of December 2023. The prize will be one month's rent, which will be paid to the winner in cash, by bank transfer. The winner may need to prove the rental amount by producing a tenancy agreement. The total amount will be calculated by dividing the total amount of rent due in the tenancy term by 12. The promoters decision will be the final decision in all aspects of the competition.
