Location The SQUARE is the most recent addition to our student accommodation in Plymouth. Located adjacent to the main campus, the SQUARE is close to the city centre and set in the heart of the student community. Easy access to the main Drake Circus shopping centre two minutes away, and restaurants and Plymouth nightlife are all within walking distance. The complex is ideally situated for Plymouth University and Plymouth College of Art, whilst MARJON is easily accessible by bus. Features There is a choice of living at the SQUARE to suit your personal preference. All have deluxe en-suite bedrooms and are available as individual studios for private living or to share in flats with spacious contemporary fitted lounge/kitchens for 5 to 6 students. Every room, whether in a cluster flat or studio has the benefit of fixed high speed internet, Wi-Fi, TV point, many double sockets at both the study area and bedside. In addition to this there is a large desk space with feature LED lighting complemented with large stylish notice boards. Our studios offer a more personalised way of living if a shared flat is not your preference. Every studio is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay in Plymouth, including toaster, kettle iron and other essentials and with armchairs in the larger studios, The modern kitchen comes with combi oven, hob and fridge freezer built in. There is also a large wardrobe with a variety of shelving and a deluxe en-suite bathroom. All cluster flats have large wall mounted TV’s offering a large selection of cable channels. The building also benefits from 24 hour secure access as well as a launderette and both bike/surfboard storage facilities. Your room also has high speed broadband internet, Wi-Fi connection and utility costs, all included within the rent.
