The Guild Tavern along with our adjacent property, The Jazz Bar, is the only centrally located private student halls in the City Centre on Tithebarn Street a few steps from Fishergate. The Guild Tavern comprises six studio apartments, a six bed cluster flat and two five bed flats (one of which is self contained with a separate street entrance). There is a shared laundry room with three large, commercial washers and three tumble dryers but not a coin slot in sight!! Off street parking is available and secure bike storage is available too.
