The Mutley Tavern, Plymouth

The Mutley Tavern is the fantastic conversion of a well located Mutley pub into a fab and funky student residence with lots of character! The Tavern is large enough to have all the right amenities but small enough to be homey and individual. The Mutley Tavern offers 15 bed spaces, across 2 flats and 4 studios, well maintained and secure. Our property manager has been with us for several years and numerous students have told us how helpful and responsive they have found him to be. Recently converted, the Mutley Tavern is located at the intersection of Furzehill Road and Kensington Road, just a few steps from all the shops,cafes, take-aways and pubs on the Mutley Plain and an easy walk for Uni. THE DETAIL The first floor has a five bedroom apartment with a large and bright lounge and kitchen/diner and two shower rooms. The second and third floors have a six bedroom apartment with all ensuite bedrooms, and a large lounge and kitchen/diner in the loft with wooden beams and loads of character. GROUND FLOOR - THE 3 STUDIOS & 1 BED FLAT Each studio has a double or king size bed with bedside tables, double wardrobes with mirror, desk, executive chair, leather sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs. In addition, the kitchen areas have fitted white gloss cupboards, hob, microwave/convection oven and fridge with freezer compartment. Each studio has an ensuite shower room with power shower, vanity sink unit and wc. THE FIRST FLOOR – FLAT B This flat has five bedrooms, all kitted out with matching light oak furniture. Double wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, beside chests, desk and executive chair. The two shower rooms have power showers, vanity sink units and wc’s. The spacious and light lounge has two leather sofas, a couple of comfy chairs, side tables, a coffee table and a Flat Screen TV with Freeview. The Kitchen has a slew of fitted cupboards in high gloss white, granite look counter tops, stainless steel oven and hob, fitted dishwasher, microwave/convection oven and two large fridge/freezers.
