We are delighted to release our latest research report, which focuses on how students choose accommodation and the main differences they perceive between HMO accommodation and that provided by PBSA.
Customer feedback
Late last year a number of our customers requested more information and insight from students on what students perceived to be the main differences between the different types of student accommodation that are available.
To this end the AFS research team hosted a number of focus groups with students to explore this topic and then followed up with a survey of over 1,000 students.

The future of student accommodation
The team are currently working on a new project to understand how the Covid 19 pandemic has affected students’ choices of accommodation, with the results likely to be released in July 2021.
