Dundee’s Careers Service provides individual guidance, CV and application reviews, mock interviews and help improving your LinkedIn profile. Fees
Tuition fees depend on your course, fee status and entry year. For September 2027, Dundee lists annual undergraduate fees of £1,820 for Scottish students and £10,050 for students from England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, subject to government confirmation. Eligible Scottish students can apply to SAAS for tuition fee support. International and postgraduate fees vary, so check your course page for the relevant amount.
Bursaries
For 2026/27, eligible undergraduates from England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland can receive a £2,000 first-year bursary. Other advertised support includes £3,000 a year for eligible students achieving AAB at A-level and £2,000 a year for those with household incomes below £25,000. Accommodation
Dundee’s university accommodation offers self-catered flats at City Campus, Seabraes and West Park, with private en-suite bedrooms and shared kitchens. For 2026/27, standard 39-week rents range from £179.48 a week at West Park Villas to £239.05 for a premier City Campus room. Utilities, Wi-Fi, personal belongings insurance and ResLife support are included. New full-time students are guaranteed one offer of accommodation for their first year if they meet the university’s application conditions and deadline. Longer contracts are available for some nursing and postgraduate students. When choosing a location, check where your course is taught, particularly if you’ll spend time at Ninewells. Students' Union
Dundee University Students’ Association, known as DUSA, brings together societies, events, volunteering and student representation. You can get involved in student media, join a society or put your ideas forward through elected representatives. DUSA also provides free, confidential advice on academic issues, housing, wellbeing and the cost of living.

News
In October 2026, Dundee announced a collaboration with Abertay University exploring the connections between comics and video games. Part of the Being Human Festival, the public event brings together research, discussion and a new comic, celebrating the city’s storytelling heritage and the creative possibilities of both mediums.
