It made arranging the visit completely stress-free, which we really appreciated. During the tour itself, Amelia was friendly, professional, and extremely informative. She walked us through all aspects of the accommodation, taking the time to explain the rooms, communal areas, facilities, and security. She also gave us a really helpful insight into how the application process works, what to expect as a student living there, and the wider student life experience. It was clear she knew the property and the process inside out. We came away feeling confident, well-informed, and genuinely impressed with everything on offer.
