The Student Living Co, Nottingham

The Student Living Co is a dedicated student lettings agent for Nottingham and Derby, helping NTU and University of Nottingham students find great student homes across Lenton, Dunkirk, the Arboretum and Beeston, with bills included options available. We’ve been letting student houses since 2015 as part of Tristram’s Student Lettings, and we now bring that experience under one student-first brand. Everything is done online, from reserving your house to signing your tenancy, so groups and international students can secure their home from anywhere in the world, quickly and without the hassle. Bookings for next academic year are always open, so get your group together and book a viewing. Live Better. Study Smarter. Landlords, the student market never stands still, and neither do we. As specialists we stay ahead of every change, so your property stays compliant and your tenancies are set up right from day one, with full management or tenant find available. We Let. You Relax.
