Student Flats in Sandyford, Newcastle

Helpful and supportive

Very helpful

I booked a viewing with loc8me, Cav was brilliant he gave me good understanding of the different properties he showed me around, as they were being refurbished, he showed me a house that had been finished, to help me picture what the properties would look like once completed. I would 100% recommend using this service, as they are reliable and very informative.

Clear communication, great service and helpful staff.

Great communication and very helpful to help us find houses. Always find my uni house through them!

Lovely range of houses. Very helpful staff! Great value for money

Helpful thank you

I was able to find the perfect house very quickly so big thanks to them !

Really positive experience with this student accommodation company! The team are friendly, helpful and always happy to answer any questions. The accommodation is well maintained, and the overall experience has been smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend to other students looking for somewhere to live!

They have given me lots of house choices and made sure all the tenants have answered me in time. They have also messaged me about houses that are cheaper and better for my price range.

After phoneing up, we had a viewing the next day. Barry showed us round several similar properties and gave us loads of useful info and advice. We secured a house smoothly with Amy and Aneta both very friendly. Our house is a great size, location and value for money. No complaints!
