The accommodation offers double beds with storage, Wi-Fi, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, study chair with large desk area and lamp, TV and internet point and many power points. All furniture in the room has a modern birch veneer. The modern fitted kitchen includes a microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, hob, toaster, kettle and vacuum. Rates include fuel bills and internet. The landlord/letting agent would like to let this property as a whole. Most commonly to be offered on a joint tenancy agreement though some landlords may be able to offer individual tenancy agreements.
