Hi, I'm Anna and have just finished my contract staying at Rothesay Avenue, with Mani as my landlord, and wanted to leave a review. Throughout our time at the house (there were 4 of us, all third year female uni students), Mani was brilliant. He was easy to get in contact and communicate with, and he was understanding and always made us feel comfortable. Anytime we had an issue, or if anything broke, he would come around and fix it, or organise someone else to. We were never waiting over a day for a response to fix things, he was brilliant at helping! As a house we would highly recommend Mani as a landlord, and he helped make our experience of final year at university an amazing one.

I just wanted to feedback that Mani has been a brilliant landlord this year, always super quick to get any issues sorted, really friendly and helpful, and great at answering any questions we had as an all girl house! We absolutely loved living in the house for our final year of university, it is in great condition and felt more like a real home than a student property. The rooms were all big and bright, with great furniture and we particularly appreciated the chalkboards for decorating and putting things on our walls. Thank you so much Mani for this year!

I have been a tenant of Mani's for nearly two years and in that time Mani has shown himself to be an exceptional landlord. He is great to communicate with and if there is ever an issue with the accommodation he sets out to fix the problem as soon as possible. In some instances he also points out and fixes a problem the tenants haven't noticed themselves.
