    The location was great - very close to both campus and town. Ideal for meeting other students since it’s such a big road and a 1 minute walk from Henry’s bar. The property itself is great, two bathrooms and decent sized rooms. Overall really enjoyed living there. One of the most important aspects when looking at student houses is the quality of the landlord(s) - Luke and Beth are great. The moment we had any queries or minor issues they were fast to respond. Good house and great landlords, so much so I’m staying in another one of their properties for my final year.

    I really enjoyed my time living at 38 Monks Road. The moving in process was smooth and we stayed in contact closely with the landlord throughout. Any questions or issues he was immediately attentive and this made a huge difference.

    Really positive experience living at 38 Monks road. Easy to get to uni, it is a walk but it's still in a student area and easy to get into town and polsloe bridge station being close makes it basically accessible to everything. Really good standard of house and nice to have had a garden. The landlord is what makes the property better than other student ones in Exeter. Luke being local means that he was there usually within the hour if there was ever an issue (which there rarely was) or would have someone out to fix whatever as quickly as possible. He's just generally a lovely bloke that couldn't do enough to help us and not just on landlord/ tenant way.

    The location of the property was very nice and quiet, I liked how separate it was from the university and I cycled in during the day which cut the journey time hugely. Luke was a very helpful landlord who was quick to reply to messages and provided help (often himself) for any problems that arose with the property. It was a pleasant house to live in, the size was perfect for 5 people and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a student house!
