The location of the house is convenient, close to town and within walking distance to st Lukes and Streatham. The house is comfortably built with a nice layout and spacious rooms. Had a lovely time living at this property and the landlord is very kind and friendly. Have rented from Beth and Luke for 3 years in a row and had the best uni experience in their properties.

To anyone considering having Luke as a landlord, you've made the right choice. He's always easy to contact and will be around to help if needed. Even in unprecedented personal circumstances at the beginning of the year, Luke was more than understanding and happy to accomodate and help in any way he could. He made a university house feel like a home and I'd highly reccomend to anyone looking to do the same.

Living in 3 Polsloe Road was a fantastic experience. The house was spacious, comfortable, and the location is perfect walking distance from both St Luke’s and Streatham campus. Luke and Bethan were excellent landlords, always attentive, quick to respond, and genuinely thoughtful. I felt truly looked after during my time there and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This house is in a very convenient location being only a 5 minute walk from St Luke's campus and a 10 minute walk into town. The landlords, Luke and Bethan, are both lovely and very helpful. If there are any issues with the house they are very prompt to rectify these. Communication with the landlords is also very easy through whatsapp. This is my second year renting through Luke and I would highly recommend!
