This is a really gorgeous house which is incredibly homely and unlike any other student houses I have lived in before, as it feels like a real home. It's a sociable house with a large kitchen space and patio with tables and chairs outside. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all great so I have absolutely no complaints. Ben was a brilliant landlord, and his fortnightly inspections helped us to keep the house clean ourselves as it provided a motive to want to keep it looking lovely, and he was very attentive to any maintenance issues with the house, which really made a difference. Overall a fantastic house and landlord, and I would recommend to anyone!

Ben was our landlord 2016/17 and we had a brilliant year in his property. The house was immaculate and if we had any problems over the year he sorted them out quickly. Ben was very fair at the end of the year with everyone's deposits which was all put into the DPS. Highly recommend as a landlord and a nice chap!
