Living on Elmside has been a great experience, probably my favourite student house in my four years at Exeter. The location is ideal, halfway between St Luke’s and Streatham campuses, and within easy walking distance, making getting to and from university always straightforward. The street is quiet and safe, with a Co-op just a 2-minute walk away and the great Henry’s pub only 5 minutes down the road. There is also plenty of on-street parking available. The property itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with everything I needed throughout my tenancy. It felt like a home rather than just student accommodation. Luke and Beth were fantastic landlords. They were consistently helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions or issues, which I really appreciated. Overall, I have really enjoyed living here and would happily recommend it to future tenants.

Elmside was my favourite place I lived in Exeter. The location was ideal, only a ten minute walk into the centre of town and a fifteen minute walk to campus. (Henry’s and the Bowling Green were also super close!) The street itself was quiet and had a community feel, especially with the Christmas advent that all the different houses on the street took part. The house was a clean and lovely space, and Luke was a very responsive landlord. He was easy to get in touch with and could be round the same day if there was a problem or we needed anything. It made life a lot easier knowing we weren’t on our own if we had a problem!

Really clean, well kept house. The location was perfect as a student as not far from town or campus. The landlord was very communicative and helpful, quickly fixing anything needed in the property.
