Julie has been so kind and patient with everything the whole time we've been involved with her. The house is lovely and in a great location with nice spacious rooms and modern facilities. Julie is incredibly kind and helpful, any issues we've had have been addressed and sorted quickly and professionally. She made the booking/moving in process straight forward and easy to understand, and has continued to make our tenancy easy and comfortable. Cannot thank or recommend her enough!

Renting from Julie has made the whole process of tenancy such a breeze - she's such an attentive person who puts so much care into her work. Whenever we had an issue come up, eg. a leak from heavy rain, Julie was very quick to fix the problem, keeping in close contact so we were on the same page about how it was being resolved, and checking in to make sure there were no further issues. She's very caring and easy to communicate with, which really takes the stress out of renting. The property is in a great location, making it really easy to get to uni, shops, and work in the city centre. It's a lovely spacious property that's been kept in great condition. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for well maintained, secure housing in Plymouth.
