Living at Beechwood was a lovely experience, my room had lots of natural light and storage. The street was quiet and peaceful. Jane was always quick to respond to any issues or concerns and always happy to have a friendly chat.

I have lived in Beechwood Terrace for two years and could not of been more lucky to have such an amazing landlord. Jane has made the house a home for all the students living in it and is always available 24/7. If any problems occur they are sorted straight away.

The house I lived in whilst in my final year of univeristy was my favourie house by far throughout the three years. Jane, the landlady, was brilliant and did so much for us. The house was in great condition and had a lovely charm that she had created; it was a great home for us. She ensured that we settled in well when we first moved in to the house and she kept in contact throughout the year to make sure we were happy. If ever we had any problems she would address them quickly and efficiently. Jane provides a fantastic student housing service, which is often rare to find as most students know! We were very fortunate to live at Jane's property for our final year of uni.
