1 room has become available from September 2025 at a 6 bed student house. The house was originally fully let, but one student has decided to go on placement for the next academic year, and her room has become available (from September 2025).
The other students that have booked for September are all female students, and will all be new to the house.
Located near the Uni on Allendale Rd, a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic.
Choice of tenancy length - minimum 47.5 weeks (11 months), and can be extended into August if required.
There are two bathrooms - 2xshowers, 2x WCs, 1xbath.
Large separate lounge that includes leather sofas with reclining headrests.
Fully furnished throughout. All bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair, bedside table and shelves. The house includes an 8kg drum washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, hd tv with Amazon Fire Stick, 2 fridge freezers, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There are teak reclining chairs and a bench in the garden courtyard.
All bills included - gas, electric, water, internet and TV licence. Orbi WiFi mesh system ensures seamless fast roaming throughout the house. Resident parking permits are available from the council at £45 per year, allowing cars to park outside the house and anywhere in Zone J.
There are no booking/agent fees. Summer storage is available at no extra cost - personal belongings can be moved into the rooms in August or earlier if the rooms are vacated at an earlier date by the current residents.
In one of the communal cupboards there are 6 key safes, each containing a spare bedroom key. Therefore if anyone misplaces their key they can easily access a spare one within minutes.
Fully licenced and was rated grade A by the Uni.
This is the only house that I manage, therefore if any issues crop up they get resolved quickly.
