I have had a wonderful time living on Wellington street. It was the perfect location for me, as I was able to easily access public transport so I could get to my university, and it was only a short walk to drake circus. The landlords were extremely helpful throughout my two years here and responded quickly if there was ever a problem. The property provides all that a student would need from accommodation, offering a safe, spacious home for anyone studying.

This house is perfect for the university as it’s only a 5 minute walk. As well, it is super close to everything in town, you will never have to do a lot of walking, aldi is a couple streets away. I can’t stress enough how helpful and lovely Julie is, any issues she is just a text away and always resolves any problems we have. The house is amazing condition, I am in room 2 and it’s a great size. Definitely great value for your money with this house. I recommend this house highly to any other students.
